Digital DNA: Neon Pulse of Financial Technology
A cyberpunk manifesto in furniture form. We created a reception desk from tempered glass and anodized aluminum with built-in interactive screens, neon lighting in brand yellow, and a cryptographic data protection system. Technology is not hidden — it is the design itself.
"Technical specification: Tempered glass 19mm (optical class), anodized aluminum 6061-T6, carbon fiber panels (3K Twill), Kevlar mesh. Interactive OLED screens 55" 4K (LG Display), NFC readers (NXP PN7150), document scanners (Fujitsu fi-800R). LED system WS2812B (144 LEDs/m), Faraday cage, holographic projector (Looking Glass). Biometric scanners (Suprema), Qi2 wireless charging, pneumatic lift mechanisms."

DETAILS & TEXTURE

The first concept transforms the T-Bank brand color (yellow) into a dynamic neon installation. The reception desk is made of tempered glass 19mm thick with edge neon lighting that creates a glowing outline effect. The frame is black anodized aluminum with a matte finish. Built-in LED strips with individually addressable LEDs (WS2812B) allow programming of any lighting scenarios. The front facade features an interactive screen displaying real-time fintech data. Dimensions: 3600×700×1100 mm. Cost — from $31,000.

The second concept visualizes digital security. The reception desk is made of carbon fiber panels with a Kevlar weave pattern. The countertop features built-in touch panels with encrypted communication system. Facades are clad with metal mesh through which LED matrices display dynamic cryptographic patterns. A Faraday cage ensures electronic shielding of the workspace. Dimensions: 3800×750×1150 mm. Cost — from $37,500.

The third concept creates a modular ecosystem. The reception desk consists of 3 independent modules that can be reconfigured. Each module is equipped with its own screen, NFC reader, and document scanner. The modules are made of aircraft-grade aluminum 6061-T6 with a brushed finish. Magnetic connectors allow quick reconfiguration. Built-in UPS ensures uninterruptible operation. Dimensions: 4200×800×1100 mm (assembled). Cost — from $35,000.

The fourth concept integrates a holographic display into the desk design. The countertop contains a built-in holographic projector that creates a volumetric image above the surface. Staff can interact with the projected interface using gestures. The desk body is made of tempered glass with nano-coating for optimal hologram contrast. Built-in biometric scanner for client identification. Dimensions: 3500×700×1100 mm. Cost — from $43,500.

The fifth concept combines cyberpunk aesthetics with strict minimalism. The desk is crafted from blackened stainless steel (PVD coating) with minimal neon accents. The countertop is made of anti-reflective glass with an integrated e-ink display. Concealed cable management with wireless charging Qi2. Pneumatic lift mechanism for height adjustment (700-1100 mm). Dimensions: 3400×650×700-1100 mm. Cost — from $28,500.
Built-in LG Display OLED panels with 4K resolution for real-time fintech data display. Touch interface for client interaction. Automatic brightness adjustment (100-800 nits). Anti-reflection coating for comfortable viewing in any lighting.
Built-in Faraday cage creates a shielded zone that blocks electromagnetic radiation. Protects against data interception, electronic surveillance, and unauthorized NFC scanning. Certified by FSTEC Russia standards.
Individually addressable LED WS2812B system (144 LEDs/m) enables creating any dynamic effect. Brand yellow neon, data flow visualization, ambient scenarios. Programmable via API, integrated with CRM for event-triggered scenarios.
Built-in NXP PN7150 NFC readers for contactless client identification. Suprema biometric scanners for staff. Two-factor authentication (NFC + biometrics) for access to restricted document compartments. All data is encrypted using AES-256.
Three independent modules with magnetic connectors for quick reconfiguration. Each module operates autonomously with its own UPS. This allows adapting the desk layout to different scenarios: standard reception, VIP service, open banking.
Built-in Looking Glass holographic projector creates volumetric images above the countertop surface. Gesture interaction for data navigation. This technology eliminates the need for physical screens in the client area, creating a wow-effect and enhancing the brand's innovative image.

Production and installation details.
In a fintech company, the reception desk is the first point of contact with technology. Built-in OLED screens display real-time data: exchange rates, company news, queue status. NFC readers enable contactless client identification — by placing a card or phone, the client automatically checks in. This reduces wait time by 40% and creates a 'digital welcome' from the first second.
A Faraday cage is a conductive shell that blocks electromagnetic radiation. Built into the reception desk, it creates a protected zone where data cannot be intercepted wirelessly. This is critical for a fintech company handling financial data. The cage blocks Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC signals outside the protected zone. Certified to FSTEC standards for information security systems.
OLED screens from LG Display have a lifespan of over 30,000 hours (about 10 years at 8 hours/day). LED modules WS2812B — over 50,000 hours. NFC readers NXP — over 100,000 cycles. We provide a 3-year warranty on all electronics with the option to extend to 5 years. In case of failure, we replace the module within 24 hours.
Yes, all electronic systems support OTA (Over-The-Air) updates. Lighting scripts, interactive interface, NFC configurations — everything can be updated remotely. We provide an admin panel for managing content on screens and setting up lighting scenarios. The desk becomes a digital platform that evolves with the company.
Daily: wiping screens with a microfiber cloth. Monthly: checking cable connections and cleaning ventilation (dust filters). Annually: full diagnostics of all electronic systems, firmware updates, lighting calibration. We provide an annual maintenance contract including all the above plus priority support with 4-hour response time.
Yes, every project is custom-developed. We adapt dimensions (from 3400 to 4200 mm), the number of screens and NFC readers, and lighting scenarios to your brand colors. The modular design allows easy reconfiguration as needs change. All concepts can be combined: for example, neon code aesthetics with a cryptographic shield.
Each module is equipped with a built-in UPS that ensures 30 minutes of autonomous operation for all electronic systems. Critical systems (NFC, biometrics, security) have a separate battery backup for up to 2 hours. On power restoration, all systems automatically resume normal mode. Settings and data are stored in non-volatile memory.
All data transmitted through desk systems is encrypted using AES-256. NFC readers operate on a separate VLAN isolated from the main network. Biometric data is stored in encrypted format with hash functions — it is impossible to reconstruct a fingerprint from stored data. Physical protection is provided by the Faraday cage. All systems undergo annual penetration testing.
Yes, we offer design project development separately. The cost starts from $5,000 and includes: 5 concept variations in 3D/VR visualization, electrical and network diagrams, specifications for all electronic components with vendor codes, a technical brief for IT infrastructure integration. If production is ordered within 6 months, the design cost is fully deducted from the total.
Full cycle takes 11-16 weeks: digital brief (2-3 days), design (7-10 days), component procurement (5-7 days), production (30-40 days), installation (3-5 days), commissioning (1-2 days). The timeline can be shortened by 20% with a fast-track option (additional 15% of cost). Components for the most popular modules are always in stock.
