Dentistry no longer smells of medicine and fear. The 'Dental Spa' concept changes the game. A 2026 dental lobby looks like a boutique hotel. We remove the barrier between doctor and patient (the high desk), mask medical odors with citrus and vanilla scents, and use noise cancellation to hide drill sounds. This is design that says: 'You will like it here.'
Olfactory Design
The smell of eugenol (dental clove) is a major fear trigger. We overpower it using professional diffusers built into ventilation. Lavender and bergamot scents reduce stress levels by 20% even before entering the office. The reception area always smells of fresh coffee and expensive leather, switching the brain to relaxation mode.

Comfort Zone
Waiting as Rest
Instead of rigid chairs in a row — lounge groups with deep armchairs and gadget chargers. We install bio-fireplaces and aquariums in the lobby. Water and fire hypnotize and soothe. The reception desk is low, without glass, so the administrator can come out to greet the guest. It's personalized concierge service, not registration.
